Crystal Cove Trade Group, Inc. coordinates international export shipments of American meat and protein products to China and Asia-Pacific markets. All logistics are managed through established cold chain and freight partners to ensure product integrity from origin to destination.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently serve the following markets:
- Mainland China — primary market
- Hong Kong

All shipments are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their facility and product categories are eligible for import under applicable local laws.
2. Cold Chain Logistics
All protein products are shipped under strict temperature-controlled conditions via refrigerated containers (reefer). We coordinate with certified cold chain logistics providers to maintain product safety and quality throughout transit, including:
- Pre-cooling and loading at USDA-inspected facilities
- Continuous temperature monitoring during ocean freight
- Cold storage coordination at destination ports
3. Shipping Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on product availability, vessel schedules, and documentation processing. Typical timelines are as follows:
- Order Confirmation to Loading: 2–4 weeks
- Ocean Transit (U.S. to China): approximately 14–21 days depending on port of origin and destination
- Port Clearance & Delivery: subject to China Customs processing times
All timelines are estimates and may be affected by vessel availability, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events.
4. Export Documentation
Crystal Cove Trade Group, Inc. coordinates all required U.S. export documentation, including:
- USDA Health Certificate
- Certificate of Origin
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- GACC-compliant labeling and documentation
Buyers are responsible for import customs clearance at the destination port unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Risk & Title Transfer
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable supply agreement, risk and title transfer to the buyer at the agreed Incoterms point (e.g., FOB, CIF, or CFR) as stated in the purchase contract.
